Information
The restaurant Lorbeer in the Pappelallee in Prenzlauer Berg spoils both the palate with delicious food and drinks and the eyes with an appealing ambience with warm colours and subtle light. The repertoire of the kitchen consists of many fresh and directly purchased goods from the region according to season. You will find game and beef, pumpkin, Jerusalem artichokes from the region, starter plates to share, risotto, spaetzle and veal cutlets to colorful desserts and of course vegetarian and vegan menus in the evening menu.
The owner brews three different freshly tapped beers in the house itself. The names "Platinum" "Gold" and "Copper" stand for the colour tones and range in taste from mildly creamy Zwickl copper to the light country beer with wild hops and the intensely cold hopped Platinum wheat. In addition, there are always more than ten different homemade lemonades on offer, such as hibiscus-raspberry, mate cucumber or lime-mint, and there is even a caffeine-free restaurant laurel cola.
When the weather is good, the food, an aperitif or a glass of wine can also be enjoyed outside under the awning, in a small green oasis on the pavement.
